Package Design, Brand Identity
The design blends watercolor washes with a handcrafted aesthetic, using warm color palettes, bespoke typography, and subtle natural textures to evoke the rustic charm of the cabin and the artisanal nature of the distillation process. While each label stands strong on its own, together they form a cohesive collection tied together by story and style.
This fictional project reimagines the brand identity for Lazy J Distillers, a small-batch bourbon label inspired by founder Jeremy Joslin’s family and their cherished Lazy J Getaway cabin. Each of the three custom labels is named after a member of the Joslin family, with tasting notes crafted to reflect their distinct personalities. Through this imagined collaboration, the project celebrates both the craft of bourbon-making and the personal narratives that make each bottle unique.
